This high end cellar door, restaurant and office fitout grew to include some large external building works. The 100 seat internal restaurant area consisted of a bakery, commercial kitchen, bar and wine display area, while out side a 300m2 deck increased the seating capacity significantly. The external works consisted of developing a double hinged screening system to clad both large glazed façades with 6.5km of reclaimed jarrah battens. Along with the external cladding deck and stairs we also completed the 80m long moat the wraps almost 2/3rds of the building. Internally Shopfit Solutions complete the cheese room and wine lab areas adjacent the upstairs offices and boardroom.
